Once your custom order is complete, you will receive an email. During this time, you will need to confirm that your order is correct. Your item(s) will be shipped within 2-3 days of confirmation via USPS priority shipping; tracking and insurance will be included. There are no refunds. Please report any issues/concerns if any should arise no more than 2 days after delivery. Currently there is a 1-3 week or less turn around time. During a sale please expect longer than normal wait times.
