Shipping Policy
Processing Time: Please allow up to one week for order processing after full payment and receipt of all required customization details.
Shipping: Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships. Delivery times vary based on USPS current processing time.
Shipping Cost: Standard shipping is $10 per order and is calculated at checkout. Orders totaling $99 or more qualify for free shipping. International shipping rates will be calculated according to applicable shipping destination and displayed at checkout when available
Local Pickup: Pickup is available Monday through Saturday, 12pm-7pm at 7920 Cedar Ave Cleveland, Ohio 44103. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before arriving.
Delays: Order by December 13 for Christmas delivery. Holidays and high-volume sales may extend processing times.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders: Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include photos so that we can review the issue.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
